5. 挤入柠檬汁。

6. 把挤完汁的柠檬皮切下来。

7. 柠檬皮切成丝待用。

8. 鸡翅腌制约15分钟后,把蒜粒全部去掉。

9. 平底锅中火加热,不要放油,慢慢将鸡皮煎出油。

11. 加入80毫升的水。

12. 加入生抽、老抽和白砂糖。

13. 再放入切好的柠檬丝。

14. 把刚刚去皮的柠檬再挤一挤,挤出的柠檬汁入锅。

15. 盖上锅盖,小火煮15分钟后,开大火收汁,可以用筷子如图所示扎进鸡翅,更快入味。最后撒上少许柠檬丝和葱花装饰即可。
虎哥的暖心小贴士
这道菜我们用到的油就是鸡皮本身的油,柠檬皮切的时候一定要够薄,白色的部分太多的话,会发苦。蒜粒是为了让鸡肉有淡淡的蒜香味儿,煎的时候一定要去掉,要不然蒜会煳在锅里而影响成品味道哦。鸡翅鲜香里带着柠檬的回甘,在春夏吃,绝对清爽。
