FOLFIRI方案为晚期胃及胃食管结合部腺癌患者的一线可选择化疗方案。该研究证据来源French intergroup研究，该研究是一项在法国71家中心进行前瞻性开放性随机Ⅲ期临床研究。旨在比较晚期胃癌ECX和FOLFIRI一线化疗的疗效安全性。结果显示：FOLFIRI方案在晚期胃癌一线化疗中较EOX方案TTF显著延长，PFS和OS无显著差异，安全性更好，2015年NCCN将其更新为Ⅰ类推荐。
