第一节 阻 挡 曲
阻挡曲(stop loop)又称为欧米伽曲(Omega loop),是错
畸形矫治中使用率最高的曲,在经典方丝弓矫治过程中,几乎每根弓丝上都需弯制(图1-1-1)。

图1-1-1 阻挡曲
【用途】
主要起阻挡作用,多用于末端磨牙备抗以及用于关闭间隙时向后结扎加力或保持牙弓长度等。
【要求】
形态不宜过大,整体向近中倾斜,远中端为直角,近中端为锐角。
【训练内容】
从钢丝中间开始弯制,每侧连续4个,两侧共8个曲。每个曲宽度、高度一致,间隔均匀,底边在同一直线。
【材料与工具】
0.0215英寸×0.028英寸的不锈钢方丝、小日月钳、直尺、角度尺、记号笔、转矩钳。
