1.2　CRTSⅠ Track Structure on Subgrade

Track structural height（inner rail top surface to base bottom surface）on subgrade is 757mm；design thickness of cement-emulsified asphalt mortar is 50mm，P4962 model is selected for all track slab；base plate height in straight line section is 300mm，and its height in curved line section is set based on superelevation value；base is set in sections on foundation bed，20mm expansion joint is set to every 3 track slab length which should bypass convex blocking mound，and the expansion joint should be set along crane forward side；inter-track drainage should be realized by virtue of line longitudinal slope，bridge and culvert，and water-collecting well；both sides of the track and subgrade surface between tracks should be enclosed by asphalt concrete；superelevation on curve should be set on concrete supporting layer（base），the base thickness of inner track should be no less than 250mm.The cross section structure in straight line part on subgrade see Figure 2.
